Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large, successful, and growing for-profit Healthcare company seeking an energetic and seasoned executive for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role. The company owns many Skilled Nursing Homes across several states in the Southeast USA (AL, NC, SC, TN, LA, MD, VA). The focus of this position is to assist the company in delivering strategic plans to achieve corporate goals and growth, address operational challenges, and implement financial and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in business development, financial management, and revenue generation, as well as in identifying and assessing opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve corporate goals.  Experience as a leader.in the healthcare industry, specifically with Skilled Nursing Homes, is a must. Additionally, a deep understanding of long-term care facility operations, including all federal, state, local, and Department of Health guidelines and regulations. The corporate office is in Lakewood, NJ; however, the CEO can reside in any state.  Salary, benefits, bonuses, and a profit-sharing plan are offered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
  • 8-12 years of health care operational experience in long-term, Skilled Nursing
  • A minimum of 5 + years in a Senior Leadership role, e.g., Executive SVP, COO, CEO
  • Experience in overseeing multiple facilities in multiple states
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Risk Analysis and Management
  • Experience successfully implementing Ancillary programs for Skilled Nursing Homes
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying financial processes and performance problems and implementing solutions to increase revenues and optimize performance.
  • Knowledgeable of healthcare regulations and standards by state
  • Knowledgeable of Medicare, Medicaid, and other Payor policies and regulations.
  • Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • Ability to travel.
