Recruit Secure, LLC is collaborating with a relatively new Substance Abuse and Mental Health outpatient facility that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Clinical Director. The Executive Clinical Director is responsible for managing the facility's day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing strategies and practices to ensure optimal performance of the facility and programs. This position focuses on cultivating a collaborative and supportive staff and fostering strong relationships with outside communities, clients, and staff to provide exceptional health care. The successful candidate will have experience in mental health (preferably substance abuse, PHP, and IOP programs) in a leadership role, expertise in process and organizational improvements, and the ability to initiate best clinical practices to achieve corporate goals.  This position reports to the Managing Partner/CEO and is located in the Cleveland, OH area. • Master's degree (preferred)in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with a clinical background in Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse is highly preferred.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, demonstrating a proven track record of success in managing services.
• At least 2 -3 years in a senior management role within Substance Abuse Disorders
• Hold an LISW-S license (Preferred) or other Counseling certifications
• Experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring collaborative teams
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A deep commitment and passion to improving the lives of individuals affected by behavioral health and substance use disorders.
