Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large, successful, and growing non-profit Healthcare company seeking a dynamic, professional, and compassionate Manager of the Resource and Referral Center. The company owns two very busy Medical Centers (9,000+ patients) located in Lakewood, NJ. The Resource and Referral Center provides a wide variety of social service assistance programs (for example, SNAP, WIC, HUD programs, etc.), to the Lakewood community.  The Manager will be responsible for program and grant management, operational processes, and supporting, managing, and monitoring a large staff (15) of Case Workers and Administrative staff.  

This position reports to the Director of Social Services and is on-site in Lakewood, NJ.  A competitive salary, benefits, bonuses, and other perks are offered.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a busy environment with multiple priorities
• Experience with a wide variety of Social Services programs and policies.
• Deep understanding and experience administering of Grant funded programs
• Experience with complex rules and policies governing grant-funded social programs,
• Experience reporting and managing budgets and working with government, community, and program representatives.
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Several years of experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and communications skills
• Familiarity with the Lakewood community
