Recruit Secure is collaborating with a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility (200 + beds) located in Nassau County, LI, NY that is seeking an experienced Recreation Director for direct hire to their team. The Director will be responsible to manage the Recreation staff and will plan, implement and evaluate activities that encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation, fulfillment, and provide daily living skills for the residents. The successful candidate will have Recreation supervisory experience within Skilled Nursing Homes, possess excellent communication skills, and can work inter-departmentally.
