Description

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a Mobile Digital Imaging company in the Williamsport, PA area (including Watsontown, and Milton areas)  that are seeking X-Ray and Ultrasound Technicians to join their team. The company provides mobile radiology services to Skilled Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and Home Healthcare facilities, and other non-mobile communities. The successful candidate will have good experience performing radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries and have a pleasant personality to assure and comfort patients. This position requires the potential candidate to travel to multiple different patient sites with portable radiographic equipment.  This can be a Part-Time or Full-Time position.  Schedules can be for daytime, evenings, or weekends with flexibility in scheduling.  Salary and bonuses are commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs radiographic procedures as prescribed by a physician
  • Travels to exam areas with portable radiology (X-Ray and/or Sonogram) equipment.
  • Operates portable radiographic equipment and monitors its operation and maintenance
  • Instruct patients as to the proper physiological requirements for the procedure.
  •  Manages digital images
  • Complies with infection control procedures.
     
  • Requirements:
  • An Associate’s Degree
  • A valid Radiologic Technologist license
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART)
  • A current BLS for healthcare provider CPR or CRP/AED certification.
