Recruit Secure is collaborating with an established and very stable Healthcare company that owns three Skilled Nursing Facilities and is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Marketer to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and identifying resources to meet the census goals of three Skilled Nursing Homes – one is located in South Carolina, one in North Carolina,  and one in Tennessee.

The successful candidate will develop strategic marking plans to build relationships with hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors, and community organizations, etc., to generate admissions at each facility and enhance the company's brand. Responsibilities:

• Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
• Work with Admissions departments to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
• Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
• Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.

Requirements:

• Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems
• Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospital systems
• Ability to travel to the three facilities.
