Recruit Secure is collaborating with a popular and rapidly growing costume and dress-up apparel manufacturer seeking a highly organized and dependable Product & Purchasing Support – Channel Specialist to join their expanding team in Manchester Township, New Jersey.

This position plays a key role in supporting product development, purchasing, and eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors, manage purchase orders, coordinate product information, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple online sales channels.

Responsibilities:

• Support product development and purchasing initiatives
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders
• Communicate with domestic and international vendors
• Maintain accurate product data and inventory records
• Assist with eCommerce product listings and content updates
• Monitor order status and coordinate timely deliveries
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform administrative and reporting functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with purchasing, inventory management, product coordination, or eCommerce operations preferred
• Experience with Monday.com, Salsify, or similar tools
• Background in toys, apparel, or consumer products
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms

Location: Manchester Township, NJ
Compensation: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: In-Person/Full-Time/35-40 Weekly Hours
