Description

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a Home Care agency that serves the 5 boroughs, the company offices are located in the Bronx, as well as Brooklyn. They are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Liaison (for direct hire) to join their team. The Liaison will be responsible to developing and execute plans to market the company's home care benefits to hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors and community organizations. Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.
  • Interacts with community leaders to maintain and develop referral relationships.
  • Work with staff colleagues to meet the companies short term and long-range goals.
  • Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
  • Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
  • Conduct's research that helps stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Create, manage and monitor new business development plans

Requirements:

  • Prior Marketing experience for Home Care agency's is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare facilities and Hospital systems within the 5 boroughs area.
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Knowledge of CDPAP/Medicaid programs. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
