Overview:

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large, established, and successful Home Healthcare company based in Brooklyn that is looking for a creative and dynamic Director of Marketing/ Growth Officer for direct hire.  The focus of this position is to take the lead role in identifying new opportunities to promote and expand the company’s market position and reach.  The Growth Officer will manage the company’s growth; whether measured in terms of revenue or client growth by creating and supporting initiatives that are focused on external marketing dynamics, customer needs, and general client behavior.

The successful candidate will have experience in the Healthcare field (Home Healthcare is preferred), successfully created and implemented business plans, and has worked with marketing teams and departments.to expand key customer relationships.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and to affect its success directly.  Salary and bonus plans and an excellent benefits package are offered.  This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and establish the company’s growth plan.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan in partnership with the company’s stakeholders.
  • Ensure suitable metrics are in place to measure companies’ performance and progress.
  • Ensure all marketing activities come from a specific value proposition, which can be analyzed and measured as the company’s clientele or revenue grows
  • Foster all sales activities and maintain a value proposition, that continues throughout the entire sales process, and allows for detailed measurements.
  • Oversee all product development activities, ensuring that they are priorities to deliver value to the clients.
  • Optimize the revenue funnel. This includes customer growth, acquisition, retention, and up-selling.

REQUIRED Education and Experience:

  • MBA, MPH, or relevant Marketing degree preferred
  • Prior Marketing experience for Home Healthcare companies or Skilled Nursing Facilities – a big plus
  • 3+ years of healthcare sales with a deep knowledge of industry dynamics
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing markets, partners, and competitors
  • Experience building and executing business plans – a must
  • Some knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong negotiation kills
  • Advanced computer skills
