Recruit Secure is partnering up with a highly respected and well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Emerson, GA,area in search of a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead their dedicated nursing team. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the highest quality of care throughout the facility. This leadership role involves managing, training, and motivating nursing staff while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the overall quality of care provided throughout the facility.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure effective and compassionate patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for state/federal and Department of Health (DOH) inspections.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Hire, train, and retain a strong, skilled nursing workforce.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Extensive nursing leadership experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• A proven ability to develop, lead, and foster collaborative, high-performing teams.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and updating patient care policies in alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory requirements governing the healthcare industry and state guidelines.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a team-first mindset.
• An active GA RN license
