Description

Recruit Secure, LLC is assisting our client in seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Director (RCM) for direct hire. Our client owns and operates a for-profit, long-term Skilled Nursing Home and is currently acquiring additional facilities. The Revenue Cycle Director will be a key member of the management team responsible to oversee and optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle (billing, collections, and reimbursement processes).

The successful candidate must have at least 3- 5 years of progressive leadership with Revenue Cycle management within the Skilled Nursing Home industry and have in-depth knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payments and applicable regulations.   Additionally, the RCM should have strong analytical skills to identify reimbursement issues and trends and to develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.

The Revenue Cycle Director will report directly to the Executive Director.  This position is on-site in Lakewood, NJ. There are many opportunities for professional and salary growth.  A competitive salary, bonuses, and full benefits package are offered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or Finance required or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Revenue Cycle leadership in Skilled Nursing Homes 
  • Strong Knowledge of MDS, PDPM, PPS
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing revenue cycle performance, improving cash flow and ,maximizing reimbursements
  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with Payers to resolve billing issues and negotiate contracts
  • Experience in providing insightful reports to Senior Management
