Recruit Secure is collaborating with a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hollis, NY that is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for direct hire to their team. The ADON will be responsible for maintaining quality of care throughout the facility. He or she will also be required to manage, train and support the nursing services staff. Requirements:

• Active NY  RN license
• Experience (at least 2-3 years) working as a Supervisor, Assistant Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Home.
• Knowledgeable about State and Federal regulations and compliance guidelines
• Able to participate and assist in the DOH Survey process.
• Responsible for Wound/Skin Rounds weekly
• Experience developing and fostering collaborative teams
