Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large Skilled Nursing Facility located in Trenton, NJ that is looking for an experienced Marketer/Liaison (for direct hire) to join their team. The Marketer will be responsible to develop and execute plans to market the Nursing Home to hospitals, external businesses, outside vendors and community organizations, etc., to generate referrals for admissions. Additionally, the Marketer will be a Liaison with Hospitals in the area and the facility. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic facility and to directly affect their success. Responsibilities:

• Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
• Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals.
• Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
• Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
• Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
• Conduct research as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
• Knowledge of Healthcare facilities and Hospital systems in the Philadelphia area
