Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large highly rated company which is located in the Piscataway area of New Jersey. The corporation is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic and compassionate Chief Nursing Director. This position is designed to place individual medical providers (MD's, NP's, Wound Care, RNCM) in nursing facilities which will enhance the quality and overall care to the facilities residents. 

The Chief Nursing Director will manage clinical staff in their day to day operations for multiple locations. They ensure that the staff implements and comply's with state and local regulations and are providing quality care for residents. They may also be responsible for coordinating resources, finances, and human capital. This roles primarily focuses on providing adequate staff to nursing facilities. 

It is imperative that the potential candidate have current and up to date experience in Directing of Chief Nursing with a high focus on providing clinical staff to senior communities.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical staff such as Physicians, Nurse Practioner professionals to health care facilities
• Oversee the clinical staff of multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with state regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to meet regional goals
• Conduct compliance reviews
• Supervise and supports each locations senior level medical staff members; to ensure they are operating in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and resident needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Experience in regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
