Recruit Secure is collaborating with a very successful and growing for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional RN Care Manager.  The company owns many Skilled Nursing Homes located in the  Southeast. (AL, NC, SC. LA, TN, MD, VA).  The Regional Care Manager will oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor sources to ensure appropriate clinical services and optimal reimbursement to the Skilled Nursing Home are provided.  Additionally, the Regional Case Manager will manage a team of 4 - 5 Care Managers who are responsible for all aspects of care (plan) management and focused on quality clinical outcomes, and maximum resource utilization.  The position is located in Lakewood, NJ, and reports to the CFO.  A competitive salary, excellent benefits, PTO, bonuses, and other perks are offered.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed RN
• A BSN degree preferred
• A minimum of 3- 4 years of experience working in Skilled Nursing Homes is a must
• Experience working with multiple facilities in multiple states
• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• A deep understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed care reimbursements, regulations, and policies.
• Experience in assessing patients' status and progress to create, and modify Care Plans and levels of care required.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare DOH regulations and compliance by state
• Experience ensuring and meeting department and company goals
• Proficient computer skills and EMR software   
• Excellent managerial, interpersonal and communication skills
