Recruit Secure is collaborating with a for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced RN UAS Nurse (Unified Assessment System) to be the Director of Patient Services for direct hire. The company works with Assisted Living Facilities (ALP Operations) to provide care plans that align services with patient needs. The Director of Patient Services will oversee all clinical assessments and be responsible for all supervisory and administrative functions.  The position is full-time and is located in the Newburgh, NY area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments using the UAS-NY tool to perform assessments of individuals to determine their eligibility for long-term care services.

• Develop and Implement Care Plans based on the assessments,

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure that all ALP operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

•  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards for the program.

Requirements:

• Valid New York State RN License:

•Hold current UAS Certification -mandatory

• Experience working in an Assisted Living Program (ALP) or in-home health is preferred.

•Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage staff and ensure program compliance.

• Experience using clinical assessment tools and relevant care guidelines to make eligibility determinations and care recommendations.
