Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large (200++ beds), 4-star rated Skilled Nursing Home in the Matawan, NJ area that is seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian for direct hire. The Dietitian will be responsible to provide nutritional care for residents.  The successful candidate will be a certified RD and have at least 1 year of working in a Skilled Nursing Home with experience assessing, evaluating, and monitoring the effectiveness of dietary care plans with the goal of providing high-quality of care.  Additionally, the RD will have great communication skills to work effectively with Medical and interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Homes or LTC facilities
• Must be a Registered Dietitian.
• Knowledgeable of State and Federal DOH rules and regulations for Skilled Nursing Homes
• Expertise in performing Nutritional Assessments;
• Expertise in creating and modifying Nutritional Care Plans
• Familiar with MDS, EMR software for Clinical Documentation
• Excellent communication skills
